END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR AL-INARAH

1. Acknowledgment
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is entered into between you (“End-User”) and Maktabah Al Bakri (“Developer”), not with Apple Inc. Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application (“Al-Inarah”) and its content. This EULA may not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review.

2. Scope of License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use Al-Inarah on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules outlined in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable.

3. Maintenance and Support
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for Al-Inarah. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services for the Licensed Application.

4. Warranty
The Developer is solely responsible for any express or implied warranties, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If Al-Inarah fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligations, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from non-compliance with any warranty shall be the Developer’s sole responsibility.

5. Product Claims
The Developer is responsible for addressing any claims from the End-User or any third party related to Al-Inarah, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) failure to comply with legal or regulatory requirements; and (iii) claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws, including any use of HealthKit and HomeKit frameworks.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that Al-Inarah or its use infringes on intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging such claims.

7. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
(i) You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country; and
(ii) You are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted parties list.

9. Third-Party Terms of Agreement
You must comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Al-Inarah. For example, if the application includes VoIP services, you must not violate your wireless data service agreement.

10. Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement, Apple shall have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

11. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or the Developer. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Al-Inarah and delete all copies of the application from your devices.

12. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to This Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of Al-Inarah after any changes constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

By using Al-Inarah, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms.
